Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) | Private Duty Home Care | Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available at these locations listed!
Private Duty is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one care in a private duty home care setting. In this role, you will support clients with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in the comfort of their own homes.
This position is perfect for CNAs who enjoy building strong relationships with clients and providing consistent, personalized care.
Service Locations: We are currently hiring for positions in the following areas:
Thompson Station, TN
La Vergne/ Murfreesboro
Lebanon, TN
Nashville, TN
Centerville, TN
Franklin, TN
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation support
Monitor and report changes in client health to the supervising nurse
Support medication reminders as permitted by state regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Provide companionship and emotional support
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification in the state of employment
Previous private duty or home care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
