In this role, you will interact directly with clients providing comfort, companionship, and assistance with daily living needs in a manner that leads to high levels of patient satisfaction. You will use your dedication, compassion and strong communication skills to serve as a vital link between our clients and their continued independence always with the patients' health and wellbeing at the forefront of our decisions. This position is open to fulltime, part-time and as needed applicants. NMC Health offers tuition reimbursement to thosewho qualify as well as reimbursement for Home Health Aide courses, upon successful completion. Education and experience:

• Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient
• Manages time effectively
• Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care
• 1-year geriatric care preferred

 

Licensure, registration or certification:

• Current Certified Nurse Aide (C.N..)
• Home Health Aide (H.H.A.) licensure in state of Kansas a plus!
• Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support will be required, and complete on hire if needed
