Craft Cocktail Bartender – The Harbor Cocktail Lounge The Harbor Cocktail Lounge in Downtown Fort Pierce is looking for an experienced, personable Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of bartending and understands that a great bartender is more than someone who makes drinks. Our ideal candidate provides exceptional hospitality, creates consistent and well-balanced cocktails, works efficiently during busy shifts, and contributes positively to the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve craft cocktails, classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits accurately and consistently Follow established recipes, proper pour measurements, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol-service practices Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service while engaging with guests Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail ingredients, wine, beer, and our menu Make knowledgeable recommendations and confidently upsell premium spirits and cocktails Handle multiple guests and drink orders efficiently during high-volume periods Properly enter orders and process payments through the POS system Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready bar throughout the shift Complete opening, closing, restocking, prep, and cleaning responsibilities Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or product concerns to management Work collaboratively with bartenders, cocktail servers, barbacks, management, and other team members Follow all company policies and Florida alcohol-service requirements Help create the welcoming, upscale-but-approachable atmosphere The Harbor is known for Qualifications Previous bartending experience required; craft cocktail experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, proper bartending techniques, and bar terminology Comfortable using jiggers and following standardized recipes Excellent customer-service and communication skills Ability to remain organized, professional, and composed in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and able to take direction Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with bartending Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required What We’re Looking For We want bartenders who take pride in their work, care about consistency and presentation, and understand the importance of hospitality.
