Leading the US industry and regulatory affairs strategy, the full-time Associate Director of Industry Affairs will engage with institutional stakeholders, drive internal alignment on advocacy messages, and convert regulatory intelligence into business opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and lead the US industry and regulatory affairs strategy, including stakeholder mapping and engagement plans Anticipate and escalate regulatory, political, and geopolitical developments affecting Amadeus' US business Drive executive alignment on advocacy messages and lead cross-functional initiatives covering US regulatory priorities Required qualifications A university degree in Economics, Business, Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or a related field, or equivalent senior professional experience A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or strategic stakeholder management A proven track record leading complex advocacy strategies in highly regulated environments Sound knowledge of the US political, regulatory, and institutional landscape affecting technology and travel Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other relevant languages is a plus
