Your Role: Direct Support Professional (DSP) This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be part of someone’s journey. Every day is different, and every day counts. As a Direct Support Professional at NCFL, you’ll: Work awake overnight shifts when scheduled. Overnight shifts are not sleep shifts; DSPs are required to remain awake, alert, and actively attentive to the individuals we support for the entire duration of the shift. Transport clients from the group home to their day program at the end of the overnight shift in the morning, ensuring they arrive safely and on time. Power individuals to achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones. Support independence through daily living activities (medication administration, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, cleaning tasks). Build genuine, lasting relationships. Get out into the community with our extraordinary clients - think MLB games, beach trips, shopping, the zoo, and more.
