Production Operator - Night Shift

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM-5:00 AM

Shift: Full-Time | Night Shift

Overtime: Weekends as needed

Training: Must be available to train on day shift


A growing manufacturing facility is hiring dependable Production Operators / Machine Operators for its night shift. This hands-on role involves operating plastic injection molding machines, inspecting parts, completing production paperwork, and assisting with assembly and packaging.


What You'll Do

• Operate plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects
• Perform assembly, trimming, hand-loading, and packaging
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Complete accurate part counts and production documentation
• Report quality or equipment issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Participate in training and continuous improvement
• Work weekend overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Injection molding or machine operating experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Must be available to train on day shift
• Must be available for overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent repetitive hand and fine-motor movements
• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and crouch
• Frequently lift up to 10 lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery
• Able to work a 10-hour overnight shift
