Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner / NP / Facility Based Crisis / Part Time Type: Credentialed We are hiring for a positive and personable individual to manage psychotropic medications for clients of RHA Health Services. The Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Center is a 24/7/365 community‑based facility that serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, psychological, detox, or other acute crisis stabilization needs. Location: On‑Site Shift: 8:00am - 12:00pm Part‑Time: 8-20 hours per week Responsibilities Psychiatric Evaluations Medications Management for adults Participate in regulated supervision Consult with staff Qualifications & Requirements Certification as a psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant Experience working with the supported population Limited supervision and direction with reliance on experience and judgment Must be licensed Psychiatric Nurse National certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Nurse Practitioner Familiarity with standards of practice and regulations for the position Preferred 3 years of experience in behavioral health care Valid driver’s license (condition of employment) with personal vehicle insurance coverage Pre‑Employment Screening Criminal background check with name checks in OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Drug testing Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements Proof of employment history or references if required Positions that require driving must provide proof of driver’s license, driver’s insurance, and vehicle (if required for transportation) Benefits Payactiv: early access to earned wages before payday Employee perks and discount program Paid Time Off (full‑time employees only) Health/Insurance (full‑time employees only) 401(k) retirement savings program Well‑being Programs: Physical, Emotional and Financial Chronic Disease management programs for hypertension and diabetes (for qualifying employees) Training: Free CPR, first aid, and job‑specific training opportunities *Contract/contingent workers and interns do not qualify for any of the above benefits EEO Statement RHA is an equal opportunity employer.
