Entry Level Sales Associate

Royalty Business Consulting is looking for motivated, outgoing, individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to build professional experience in sales, customer service, communication, and leadership.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

What you'll do:

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Explain promotions, pricing, and service options clearly
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Work towards individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
• Represent our client and company professionally

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, competitive, and goal oriented attitude
• Reliable and coachable
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of the team
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
